⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masato Adachi Director General of Kansai Branch, West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 5 Units of Sprinkler Truck.
⑷ Delivery period : 690 days from the next day of the contract day.
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ submit manufacturing specifications and other relevant documents made in accordance with the specifications presented by the Company, which proves the products manufactured d on that have performance and functions capable of meeting the purpose of use which the Company shows,
④ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned for public facilities such as expressway, toll road, railway, airport after 2017 fiscal year,
⑤ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned,
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 September 2022 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 September 2022)
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 10 November 2022
