⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;

① Being the person who does not correspond to the tenth to apply mutatis mutandis in law Article 15 about the reform of the public service by the introduction of the competition.

⑦ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents

⑧ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
