germany-dresden: electrical wiring and fitting work./ ghv sachsenenergie ag - conversion and renovation city center: lot 2+3 ve 408 heavy current./ the existing building, which was built in the 1990s and is designed as a polygonal administration building, is located at friedrich-list-platz 2 in 01069 dresden. the basic geometry is an oblong rectangle measuring approximately 125m in an east-west direction and 79m in a north-south direction at the widest points. the building is structured by three interior courtyards, with four blocks enclosing them in a north-south direction and two blocks in an east-west direction. the building is staggered from west to east (five storeys to seven storeys). the first courtyard serves as an atrium for the 1st to 6th floor and is roofed over the 6th floor. the other two courtyards are not covered and have greenery on the roof of the ground floor (east to west: courtyard 1 and courtyard 2). to all the building has a gross area of approx. 35,142m² distributed across floors.
