germany-losheim am see: architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services./ planning services for the technical building equipment, plant groups 4-6 for the renovation and modernization of the losheim am see campsite./ the municipality of losheim am see, which operates its own tourism, leisure and cultural activities, intends to carry out a thorough renovation and modernization of the losheim am see campsite. according to the tourism master plan of the municipality of losheim am see's own tourism, leisure and culture operation, the approx. 10 hectare losheim campsite is to be extensively renovated and renewed. this measure will greatly improve the appearance of the campsite, which is an important component of the tourist infrastructure of the municipality of losheim am see and the region. thus, the minimum desired classification of 4 stars is restored and an ecological reorientation is strengthened. for this purpose, an overall urban planning concept has already been developed, which is the basis for the further individual projects derived from it. particularly noteworthy is the renovation of the reception building and the 5 sanitary blocks spread over the entire square. the related outdated infrastructure needs to be examined and renewed accordingly, as well as the existing eco-village. the reorientation is to be designed for a total of 500 parking spaces for mobile homes and camper vehicles. in addition, there are the areas of eco-village, glamping area, large tent meadow, tiny houses, tree tops and wellnester. according to bvcd/dtv, a classification of 4 stars to 4+ stars is aimed for for the new concept. the planning services to be tendered now relate to the following buildings (see annex - "site map"): - reception building with granny flat and restaurant (no. 1) - medium sanitary building (no. 2) - sanitary building (n.5). with regard to the schedule, it can be assumed that the planning work will begin immediately after the award of the contract. all of the measures are to be implemented by the end of 2024.
