germany-kell am see: engineering services./ development planning for the new development area "auf der langfuhr" in the local community of zerf./ in 2022/2023, the municipality of zerf plans to develop the new development area "auf der langfuhr". the new construction area is located in the northern part of the site. the planning area covers 4.73 ha, with approx. 2.63 ha to be developed as residential areas. the development area includes 39 building plots, an overview plan is attached. in terms of transport, the development is via the main road to the municipal road network in the district of oberzerf. the drinking water supply line already exists in the area of the main street up to the new development area. the preliminary planning for the water supply provides for the complete production of the approximately 800 m long main drinking water pipeline in the "auf der langfuhr" construction area to be connected to the existing drinking water network in the main street. the production of the house connections to the individual building plots within the planned building area is also planned. the drainage in the construction area is carried out as a separate system. a new rainwater sewer is planned here for the drainage of surface water. the surface water is held back in a retention area provided for this purpose. the amount of throttled water corresponds to the natural runoff of the area in the area of application. the basic determination and the preliminary planning for the development of the building area are already available. this feasibility study will be made available digitally when commissioned.
