sports fields maintenance services - work agreement for mowing the sports fields in the seelze city area./ the city of seelze operates several lawn sports fields that require regular maintenance. the order includes the mowing of sports turf on the sports areas listed in the specifications (appendix b - ii.). the annual start of mowing is scheduled for march 15th. and the end of mowing on 15.10. estimated. depending on the weather, mowing work may also be carried out outside of this period, if necessary, in consultation with the client. the growth height is 6 - 9 cm and the cutting height is 4 - 4.5 cm without clippings. it must be mowed from long to long side or from short to short side. no turning is allowed in the goal areas. the lawns should always give a tidy and well-groomed impression that allows for football matches and training sessions. the clippings are to be recorded at least three times a year after further consultation with the client. the contractor must provide the machines and equipment required to carry out the mowing work. the services are awarded in the form of a work contract. the estimated annual order volume is around eur 130,000 (gross). this estimated order volume is not specified here, i.e. it can be higher or lower. for more information, please refer to the service deion and the list of services (annex b) as well as the other tender documents.
