germany-lebach: architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services./ new building kiga gresaubach - architectural services./ construction of a new kindergarten to ensure public services of general interest in the gresaubach district of lebach, the catholic, two-group day-care center "herz jesu" at kleestraße 3 previously offered care for children aged 0-6 years. for economic reasons, however, the ecclesiastical body cannot help finance urgently needed renovation measures on the building, so the site has to be abandoned. in order to be able to continue to offer childcare in gresaubach in the future, the city of lebach would now like to build a new, modern kindergarten under municipal sponsorship at the selected alternative location in römerstraße. in this way, the city of lebach fulfills its duty to provide services of public interest. the subject of this call for tenders are the architectural services for planning (service phases 1-9 of § 34 hoai).
