The University of Plymouth is currently involved in two major capital development projects at its city centre campus. These projects are expected to complete the build phase in the early summer of 2023, at which point the university will seek to furnish these new buildings.

The buildings will comprise teaching spaces, office spaces and some soft recreational spaces, the university is currently engaged in testing its thinking with regards to FF&E and developing specifications. It is however, expected that requirement will be to supply assemble fit and installation. The anticipated budget is expected to be in range of £600K – £900K, with a likely delivery period in June of 2023.

The tender process is likely to commence in the autumn of 2022 and the University would like to appoint a contractor in the first quarter of 2023.
