germany-munich: industrial kitchen equipment./ canteen kitchen technology./ in order to be able to implement the new medical concept for the munich clinic harlaching and to implement the necessary renovation and renewal measures, the munich clinic harlaching needs a new replacement building due to its outdated structural structures from the 1960s. the building mass of the new building is approx. 60,000 m² gfa. the size of the functional floors (ground floor - 2nd floor) is d on the boundaries of the building site. the size of the care areas (3rd to 5th floor) results from the requirement to be able to accommodate two double wards together on one floor with up to 65 beds per ward. the total number of beds is about 550 beds.
