⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Chida Yoichi, Director General of Kanto Regional Head Office, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classifications of the products to be procured : 16
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Toll Collection Machines (1,217 sets)
⑷ Delivery period : from the next day of a conclusion of a contract day to 31 March 2025
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited Regulation Concerning the contract procedures
② Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
③ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of tenders : 4 : 00 P.M. 20 October 2022.
⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
