⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Hokkaido area in Sales of products for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
B prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured products,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the President,
D prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling medical appliances in accordance with The Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University.
