⑷ Delivery period :
①~③ From the day after the contract is signed to 31 March, 2023

① Nagano National Highway Office jurisdiction
② Takasaki River and National Highway office and 6 Offices jurisdictions
③ Kofu River and National Highway Office and 3 Offices jurisdictions
⑹ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system

⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ It is proven that the product was actually deliverd in the past.
*The delivery record is anti freezing agent which scatter to prevent freezing of the road (Sodium chloride or Calcium chloride). Delivery destination does not matter.
⑦ prove can be delivered the products concerned within 48 hours. However, this shall not apply if it is not the responsibility of the contractor.
⑧ have proven to the quality of the product concerned meets.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 13 : 00 11 October, 2022
⑼ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 28 October, 2022
