⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yuusuke Nakamura, Director General, National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Maintenance of offices and other facilities at the relocated site of the National Institute of Health and Nutrition
⑷ Delivery period : 30 march 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under the provisions of Article 4 and 5 of the contract handling guidelines.
② have Grade A, B, or C on "sale of products" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
④ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. In addition, the person must be a person who is recognized to be able to reliably fulfill the matter.
⑤ in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Contract Administrative Handling Guidelines, the person must have qualifications specified by the person in charge of the contract.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 17 : 00 PM, 20 October, 2022.
