⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall
① have grade A, B, C or D on "purchased" or "offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2022・2023・2024
② not come under Articles 28 of the Procedures of Contract
③ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify
