⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tanowaki Yoshinori, General Manager of Yuzawa Operation Office, Niigata Regional Head Office, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Kerosene 1,080,000 liters
⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of the conclusion of a contract through 30 April 2023
⑸ Delivery place : Kanetsu Expressway Tanigawadake Parking Area, Tsuchitaru Parking Area, Horinouchi Interchange, Echigo Kawaguchi Interchange
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① Not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
③ There shall be no capital or personnel relationship between those who intend to participate in bidding during the period from examination reference date through bid/opening auction until the date of the successful bidder decision
④ After 2021 fiscal year have proven to have actually sold, manufactured or delivered Kerosene concerned
⑤ Be a person who can prove that there is a fuel reservoir that can be delivered within 24 hours at the delivery place of Yuzawa Operation Office
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M, 18 October, 2022
