⑴ Contracting entity : CHIDA Michio, Section manager, Accounting & Finance 3rd Technical School, Japan Air Self Defense Force.
⑵ Classificationofservicestobepro-
cured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Carry and dispose water including PFOS 1 set.
⑷ Fulfillment period : March 31th 2023.
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1 Not come under article 70 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
2 Not come under the article 71 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting.
3 Have A, B or C on "Offer of Service etc" in the Kyusyu and Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022・2023・2024.
⑺ Time Limit for tender : pm 3 : 00, October 24th, 2022.
