⑹ Qualification for participating in the hospital procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;

③ Indicate that the information on power supply composition and carbon dioxide emission coefficient is disclosed in Attachment 4 "Conformity Certificate" d on the Environmental Consideration Contract Law enforced on November 22, 2007, and have the total score of ① to ⑤ there must be 70 or more people ;

④ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ;

⑤ Have permission to be an electricity retailing enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electric Utilities Industry Law ;

⑥ prove that they can deliver the electricity on the date and to the place specified by the obligating officer ;

⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;

⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 October 25, 2022
