the commonwealth has prepared a package of background information in relation to rft 25857 joint technical trades training services contract (rft) to be made available to tenderers via an online data room (supporting data). the supporting data comprises confidential information of the commonwealth and potentially third parties. under clause 2.11 of the rft conditions of tender (cot), the confidant must complete and submit a copy of  'appendix 1 to conditions of tender - deed of confidentiality', duly executed by the confidant, in order for the commonwealth to provide the confidant with access to the supporting data.
