bulgaria-karnobat: grinding machines./ "delivery of packaging waste press"./ the activities subject to this public procurement are the delivery of one press for packaging waste. the employer's requirements for the press are specified in the technical specification. this public procurement is being conducted in connection with bfp contract no. bgenvironment-3.002-0008-c02- contract no. d-33-40/13.09.2021 under the project "one point for zero waste - local communities in support of the circular economy" of the ooskp program, financed by the fm of the eea 2014-2021, as by virtue of the partnership agreement dated 11.08.2021, the municipality of karnobat is a partner for the general implementation of the project. the subject of the order is related to the need to achieve the main goals of the mentioned project and the introduction of a municipal scheme for separate collection and subsequent utilization of waste, for which national goals have been introduced.
