germany-achterwehr: plasterboard works./ 10 drywall work./ the municipality of melsdorf, as the client, intends to build a new double-sided sports hall with a multi-purpose room and two gymnastics rooms. the building is located southeast of sports facilities of tsv melsdorf and is accessed via the "radebruch" street. the sports hall is to be used for school, club and popular sports. the spatial program includes a sports area measuring 22 m x 45 m x 7 m with the associated ancillary rooms. the two-sided sports hall is equipped with a two-row seating system fitted. it offers a total of 98 seats plus additional areas (standing areas) for at least two wheelchair users. other people can be found standing on the upper floor in the gallery corridor place. the sports hall will have an area-elastic linoleum sports floor. the main components of the upper floor are the two gymnastics rooms (approx. 63 and 86 m²) and a multi-purpose room (approx. 93 m²). two mobile partition walls make these rooms versatile usable. all three rooms have a clear room height of approx. 4.00 m and are equipped with a point-elastic linoleum sports floor. reinforced concrete columns and glued laminated timber trusses are planned for the supporting structure of the sports hall. the outer walls of the hall are given a facade made of high-quality aluminum plug-in panels. the body of the adjoining room has a double-shell masonry with a cer brick façade. the roof is planned as a bituminous roof with a ridge and a 4.58% and 9.90% slope.
