⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IGARASHI Shoji, Director of Shinjo River office, Tohoku Regional Development Bureau
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75, 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Maintenance and management of Shinjo River office 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2022 through 30 September, 2025
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② Have Grade B or C on "provision of services" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑤ Not once being rejected, or under remaining denial, from the national order operations upon police request because of their practical operation by Boryokudan members or other antisocial bodies
⑥ Other persons who are qualified as provided in the bidding instructions
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 16 : 00 22 August, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 14 September, 2022
