⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ②have Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024 in services for participation in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ④meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the cabinet order. ⑤pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the tender manual.
