⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiyosu Taniguchi, Director, National Hospital Organization Mie National Hospital
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 77
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Contract for inspection of power receiving and transforming equipment, etc.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of signing the agreement to March 31, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Mie National Hospital
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Service Offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ;
④ have a track record of annual inspection of power receiving and transforming equipment at hospitals with power receiving and transforming equipment of 200 beds or more and 1,000KVA or more in the past 3 years
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15 September 7, 2022
