⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day following the date of signing contract through February 28, 2023

⑸ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;

a )not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under case of special reasons within the said clause.

b )have Grade "A", "B" or "C" on "offer of service, etc." (research and study or information processing) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Tokai・Hokuriku area related to the Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Japanese fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.

c )prove one's ability to properly manage personal information

d )have certification by verification authorities (JIPDEC or ISMS), in case Person accepting the consignment affairs leaked or lost information which Regioal Defense Bureaus or Tokai Defense Branch had ordered.

e )not being suspended from transactions by the request of Ministry of Defense.

⑺ Time-limit for tender by GEPS : 12 : 00 noon, September 27, 2022.
