② Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
③ There shall have been no funding or personal relationship with those intending to participate in the bidding during the examination criteria date to the of the decision on the bidder.
