⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Development and maintenance of time and attendance system
⑷ Fulfillment period : As stated in the tender documentation

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 4 and 5 of the Regulations on Contracts for the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency of Japan ;
② have Grade A, B or C "offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender offers (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 ;
③ have officially received the tender documentation ;
④ fulfill every requirement in the check sheet on handling of personal infor-mation ;
⑤ fulfill the participation requirement described in Specification 7⑴ and ⑵ ; and
⑥ submit your proposal by 17 : 00, 9 September 2022.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 AM, 3 October 2022.
