germany-hanover: architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services./ iph - planning of the construction of a new research hall./ awarding of planning services for the construction of a new research hall. the iph researches and develops in the field of production technology, advises industrial companies and trains young engineers. the iph was founded in 1988 out of the leibniz university of hanover. to this day, it is managed as a non-profit limited liability company by three university professors. the test field and storage capacities at the iph are no longer sufficient, since the iph would like to research new topics in industrial production. hence an extension of the test field area by approx. 500 m². the existing test field is to be doubled in area. for this purpose, a new research hall of a similar design with direct access is to be added to the existing hall. for this purpose, a hall with a steel girder work and insulated sheet l planking is to be erected. a photovoltaic system is to be installed on the roof of the hall. the hall should consist of a large test field. approx. 10% of the hall floor area should be reserved for rooms in the form of offices or. the offices are to be divided into two levels in the hall. the second level should be accessible via a steel staircase with a gallery. furthermore, an entry and unloading facility for trucks is to be provided. a 12t bridge crane is to be installed for unloading. in the area of the traffic facilities, in addition to the (re)creation of the parking spaces, in particular a truck access to the planned unloading area in the new hall is to be provided. wastewater pipes in the area of the new hall and the truck access may have to be laid. for the realization of the construction project, the client makes use of the following funds: - max. 50% of the total costs eu funds erdf (ser) - 30% funding of the total costs from state funds (lower saxony) the contractor must observe the legal work conditions and specifications regarding funding in the context of scheduling and service provision. the of the present award procedure are the service deions of the planning buildings and interiors (§§ 34 ff. hoai), traffic facilities (§§ 46 ff. hoai), technical equipment (§ 53 ff. hoai) and structural planning (§§ 49 hoai).
