germany-bielefeld: works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work./ 055-22-00492 / blb bi (land) / paderborn / university of paderborn / replacement building complex / building of the p series / sep procedure./ as part of the university consolidation program of the state of north rhine-westphalia (hkop), the blb is planning the replacement of the p buildings p1, p4-p7 on a campus expansion area of the university on mersinweg for the university of paderborn. for the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and physics departments of the university, workshop and laboratory areas including lecture hall and seminar areas must be created as part of a replacement new building complex. the spatial program includes approx. 16,825 m2 nuf 1-6 according to the existing areas of the current p-buildings p1, p4. p5-7. the contractor's scope of services includes the turnkey, ready-to-use and functional construction of the new p-building, including all necessary planning services, taking into account the implementation of the specified space program with the agreed qualities, which form the basis of this tender. brief outline of the process: applicants will be provided with a building mass study and a room type book. furthermore, the functional requirements are described as part of a functional service deion. the award procedure is multi-stage and is divided into a participation competition, a bidding phase with a round of negotiations, followed by the preconstruction and finally the construction phase. in the bidding phase, a maximum of three suitable bidders will work out a preliminary planning concept d on the functional specifications. on the basis of this bid planning, the bidders submit an indicative offer. this is followed by a negotiation phase with a final evaluation of the construction work offer and the offer planning. after a successful award to a bidder, the preconstuction phase takes place, which concludes with the creation of the draft plan and verification of the offer price. if the profitability with the verified offer price is met, the construction phase follows with the remaining planning and construction work. complete construction work as well as complete planning services, in particular planning, structural planning, tga-hkls, tga-elt, laboratory planning, fire protection, building physics and building acoustics, all other necessary planning services d on an existing service phase 0 with building mass study and functional deion of services.
