germany-buggingen: architectural and related services./ planning according to §33 ff hoai, extension and renovation of the buggingen primary school./ planning according to §34 hoai ff. extension and renovation of the buggingen primary school the school building, built in 1956 and expanded in 1986 (clearly structured 2-storey structure, solid construction, ment with pitched roof and tiled roof) is to be expanded first. the existing building will then be renovated. for the expansion, a new building is planned as an extension on the existing property. a new canteen, auditorium, 5 classrooms and other rooms necessary for school operations are to be built. in the course of the renovation, the existing building is to be insulated, windows, doors and sun protection renewed, the sanitary rooms renovated, radiators renewed, the electrical installation renewed and a ventilation system and a pv system retrofitted. it is also currently still open whether an after-school care center should also be realized. the project comprises a total volume of approx. €8,750,000 net (kg 300 - 700). possible solutions have already been examined in preliminary planning. the current planning status is attached to the procedure as annex_09 and is to be continued. realization is planned by around 2026.
