germany-eschborn: general public services./ digital business initiation as part of the bmwk market development program for smes 2023, 1st tranche./ the bmwk market development program is intended to make it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises (smes), self-employed people in the commercial economy and specialist freelancers and business-related service providers with business operations in germany to enter new markets and lead to further success in export activities. digital business initiations are digital events for a specific target country and a specific industry (e.g. optics in france/waste management in poland). as part of a subject-related digital presentation event, interested local companies, administrations, associations and institutions receive specific information about the performance of the respective industry in germany. above all, german companies have the opportunity to present their products, services and possible fields of cooperation to the foreign specialist audience in a short presentation focused on the essentials. the presentation event should offer space for digital contact talks between german and foreign participants and include other appealing elements. the central element of the digital business initiation are the individually prepared contact talks of the german companies for a targeted business initiation with potential business partners in the target country. before the event, target market analyzes with comprehensive information about the industry and market are prepared, which are made available to the participants and also published. for the project implementation, the specifications according to appendix 1_abd and the guidelines apply.
