⑷ Delivery period :
⒜ 930 days from the next day of the contract day
⒝ 930 days from the next day of the contract day
⒞ 570 days from the next day of the contract day
⒟ 720 days from the next day of the contract day
⒠ 360 days from the next day of the contract day
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender (hereinafter called suppliers) shall meet the following requirements from ① to ⑤ :
① Suppliers are not disqualified due to Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② Regarding [⒜ Snow Removal Trucks, ⒝ Wet Salt Spreading vehicles, ⒞
Trucks with Traffic Sign, ⒟ Rotary Snow Removal Vehicles, ⒠ Wheeled Loaders], on or after FY2007, suppliers meet any one of the following requirements from ⅰ to ⅳ :
ⅰ To East Nippon Expressway Company Limited, suppliers have ever delivered the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine.
ⅱ To institutions other than East Nippon Expressway Company Limited, suppliers have ever delivered the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine.
ⅲ Suppliers have ever manufactured the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine.
ⅳ Suppliers are trading companies or agents of a manufacturer who has ever manufactured the same type of machine or main parts of the same type of machine.
③ Regarding [⒜ Snow Removal Trucks, ⒝ Wet Salt Spreading vehicles, ⒞
Trucks with Traffic Sign, ⒟ Rotary Snow Removal Vehicles, ⒠ Wheeled Loaders], suppliers shall have the capability to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance service for the products concerned.
④ During the period from the record date for examination to bidding date, suppliers shall not be disqualified to transact by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑤ During the period from the record date for examination to bidding date, suppliers shall not have any capital and personal relationship with East Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application form and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 PM, 23, August, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 PM, 4, November, 2022
