architectural and related services./ tga planning (lph 1 - 9 according to hoai) in the area of hls for the expansion of the ebertschule with an extension for administration and classrooms in kamp-lintfort./the ebertschule is a three-stream elementary school in the altsiedlung, a former colliery settlement in kamp-lintfort. the main building was built in 1922. the extensions "rector's apartment" and "caretaker's apartment" date from the following years and are now used by the administration and the open all-day. the site has undergone several expansions over time. a toilet building was added in 1979, the gym in 1983, a pavilion in 1989, the canteen in 2004 and container classes in 2006. the city of kamp-lintfort would like to adapt the school to the changed requirements of everyday school life as part of its school development plan. therefore, the specialist office prepared a feasibility study in which the space requirements as well as other design and pedagogical parameters were clarified and a cost work was set. the results of this feasibility study now serve as the basis for further planning. it envisages implementation in two phases. in the first construction phase, the former rector's apartment is to be demolished and in its place a two-storey extension with areas for administration, classrooms and differentiation areas as well as a sanitary area and an elevator for barrier-free access to the existing building are to be realized. after completion of the extension, the old toilet building will also be demolished. the planning should be d on the cologne school construction guideline with its specifications for uses and areas. in a target/actual comparison as part of the feasibility study, the space deficits of the existing stock were mapped and solutions for optimization were developed. aspects such as design, pedagogy and building operation should ideally be considered equally.
