⑴ Official in charge of contract of the procuring entity : Osanai Kazuhiko, Director General of Hokkaido Regional Head office, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classification of the products to be purchased : 15
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 20 Closed Circuit Television camera
⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of a conclusion of a contract through 360 days
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② not have received business stop measures in the area of Hokkaido Regional Head office
③ In recent ten years (after FY2012), you shall have a proof of manufactured or delivered the similar product that meet our performance requirements.
④ you shall have an official agency certification of the manufacturer is also accepted, but the manufacturer should have achievement as follows ; manufactured or delivered the similar product that meet our performance requirements.
⑤ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for products concerned.
⑥ you shall provide the parts until least 5 years after notification of the end of the support.
⑺ Time-Limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 22, August, 2022
⑻ Time-Limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 21, October, 2022
