⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Japan Oil, Gas and ls National Corporation's regulation.
② have Grade A, B or C on the category of "sale of product" in tenders laid down by Single Qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2022-2024).
③ not subject to administrative penalty of suspension of nomination and the like according to the agreement or stop of subsidies from government agencies or country.
⑺ prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty.
