germany-rathenow: financial leasing services./ work agreement on the leasing of bicycles for the employees of the havelland district, the cities of nauen and falkensee and the municipality of wustermark. the district of havelland, as the tender leader, and the administrations of the cities of nauen and falkensee as well as the municipality of wustermark would like to offer their employees bicycle leasing as part of workplace health promotion, to strengthen their position as an attractive employer and as a contribution to more sustainability and climate protection (hereinafter: bicycle leasing). for this purpose, the tendering association (in short: av) as an employer and client offers its employees the leasing of bicycles for business, private and exclusively private use as part of salary conversions. this is d on the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in municipal public service (tv-fahrradleasing). the av currently employs around 2,000 people, who are divided into the professional groups civil servants and salaried employees. around 1,700 av employees are currently end to use bicycle leasing. if, before the start of or during the term of the work agreement, salary conversion for bicycle leasing is also made legally possible for the approximately 100 civil servants, the work agreement should also apply to these employees. the client is currently forecasting an order volume of 150 employees who are end to use it.
