① Provide logistics and procurement services through consumption payments and an out of hospital warehouse system for medical supplies as determined and listed by the hospital
② Manage operating room supplies
③ Properly control and monitor the amount of inventory in the hospital using cards
④ Strive to reduce the purchasuing unit prices of medical supplies listed in the list established by the hospital and report the unit prices of adopted items at regular intervals. In addition, analyze its purchase performance to enhance business management
