A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Hokkaido National Higher Education and Research System,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Hokkaido area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer, National University Corporation Hokkaido National Higher Education and Research System.
