⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code
② have the Grade A, B or C "Offer of services, etc" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by all Ministries and Agencies in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024
③ meet the requirements of specifications
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau
⑤ not be the Eligibility contractor that a gangster influences management substanti ally or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑥ having the contract results about firewall and outer DNS server as this matter specifications.
⑦ have a privacy mark or ISMS certification
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application form and relevant documents for qualification : 11 : 00 A.M. 14 September, 2022
