germany-potsdam: architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services./ special program oderbruch: improvement of the discharge profile of the friedländer strom (work phases 5 to 7)./ the multiple overflowing of the waters in the oderbruch since 2008 gave rise to the initiation of the "oderbruch special program to improve the flood discharge on waters 1st order". as part of this special program, obstructions and bottlenecks are to be eliminated in sections in the friedländer strom, 3rd construction phase. the friedländer strom is one of the most important receiving waters of the oderbruch, whose functionality forms the basis for settlement and agricultural land use in the catchment area. the measure serves to improve flood protection by removing structural obstacles to drainage and increasing the discharge capacity of a body of water of the first order. the planned measures extend primarily to two sections between km 0+000 and km 1+450 in the locality of wriezen and between km 1+800 and km 3+200 and km 6+800 to km 6+900 in the field. it is planned to award the services of lp 5-7 including the associated special services.
