⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② Have Grade A, B or C on "selling of products" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ Have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned
⑤ Have proven to be possible to deliver the products concerned quickly and certainly
⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑦ Not once being rejected, or under remaining denial, from the national order operations upon police request because of their practical operation by Boryokudan members or other antisocialbodies
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 16 : 00 7 September, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 17 October, 2022
