② Have been qualified through the Examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents by time-limit for tender
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document that described company career
③ Have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender
④ Prove experience of manufacture, delivery or lease of the same type of the procured products from fiscal year 2012
⑤ Prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured products
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. September 26th, 2022 (Tenders submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 P.M. September 26th, 2022)
