germany-hamburg: architectural, engineering and planning services./ new construction of kme special school and primary school with two-sided hall at hammer straße 124 - planning according to §§ 33 hoai./ on january 1st, 2013, the free and hanseatic city of hamburg established the state operation sbh | schulbau hamburg (hereinafter referred to as sbh) was founded. this state company has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school property, taking school needs into account and leasing the approx. 350 schools to the authority for schools and vocational training (bsb). the school real estate includes all land and buildings of the state and vocational schools used for school purposes. the land area of all general and vocational state schools is around 9.1 million m² and the main usable area is around 3.1 million m². in this activity, sbh was commissioned with the construction of a double school location at hammer straße 124 in 22043 hamburg, which includes a kme special school and a primary school with a vitality kitchen and a two-way sports hall. for further information see section 2.4. the notice.
