germany-hamburg: structural shell work./ extended structural work./ on the site of eiffestrasse 56 in 20537 hamburg (hamm marsch district, parcel 0109; parcel 2070), a new building for the rescue control center of the hamburg fire brigade is to be erected. the gfa of the planned building is approx. 9,550 m². the foundation is a deep foundation with bored piles. the functional areas of the rescue control center, training room administration and technical areas are located in the building. for 24/7 operation, the technical systems are redundant. a large part of the technical building equipment is housed in a penthouse. the roof area is designed as a green roof and receives a photovoltaic system.
