germany-mühlhausen: removal services of biological waste./ acquisition, transport and recycling of woody and herbaceous green waste from the unstrut-hainich district./ the client is a public waste disposal authority in the unstrut-hainich district. the client is already developing or operating a comprehensive system for collecting woody and herbaceous green waste (hereinafter referred to as "green waste") in fulfillment of its statutory disposal tasks using a bring system at currently 9 collection points set up in the unstrut-hainich district. the subject of the award procedure is the takeover, transport and utilization of the green waste recorded in this way. the contractor must provide all necessary services and measures for the acceptance, transport and recycling of the green waste at the green waste collection points operated by the client. green waste is collected at the collection points either by providing containers or at ground level. in detail, the following services are to be provided: 1. provision of the containers (30 sqm or 36 sqm roll-off containers) including transport to and from the recycling facility at the respective collection points with container registration; 2. acceptance of the green waste at the respective collection points with ground-level collection (incl. the following partial services: transport to and from a suitable shredder and wheel loader; shredding of the green waste stored at ground level using a shredder and worker; loading the truck using a wheel loader and worker; transport to treatment facility); 3. weighing and proper utilization of green waste; 4. proper and harmless disposal of any non-recyclable green waste components and foreign matter ("waste") the contract to be awarded is divided into 2 area lots.
