⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under the Article 30 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
② Not come under the Article 31 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B or Grade C in "Product" or "Service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024
④ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑤ Prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents
⑥ Prove neither the business conditionnor credibility is deteriorating
⑦ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association
⑧ Do not come out of Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties
⑨ Enterprise have qualification of Privacy mark, ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q 27001
⑩ Enterprise have qualification of ISO9001 or qualification to follow
⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 12 : 00, 30 September, 2022
