⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28
⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Campus Information Network System 1 Set
⑶ Type of the procurement : Rent
⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system must be a high-speed network system covering from the backbone network to terminals within University of Tsukuba and all the related facilities.
B The core equipment of the system must provide various levels of redundancy as much as possible to raise the reliability of the network system.
C To ensure security, the system must be equipped with functions to cope with various and latest network attacks.
D The bandwidth of the information outlets of the terminals must be 1Gbps or more. In consideration of the use on the researches which need large-bandwidth, part of the information outlets must have additional care to offer 2.5Gbps or 10Gbps.
E The connection between each floor switch and core switches that aggregate the upstream s of the floor switch must be redundant and have a bandwidth of 10Gbps+10Gbps or more via more than one . It is preferable that the core switches are able to aggregate upstream s of 40Gbps or 100Gbps from on-campus systems.
F In order to prevent the information outlets from fraudulent terminal connection, this system must have a function that can control network access privileges for each terminal.
G The system must be fully labor-saving and automated in its operation and management.
H The system must be provided with a mature level of technical support that offers prompt and correct responses in case of system renewal and system failure.
I The system must promote energy-saving, space-saving, and noise-reducing.
