① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for tender

・Copy of tax certificate issued in the last three months
③ have proven to have actually sold, manufactured or delivered Potassium acetate for liquid deicing agent
