⑹ Qualification for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;

① Have Grade "B", "C" or "D" on "offer of services etc." in Kyushu-Okinawa Region in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024 ;

② Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;

③ Not be currently under a nomination stop as instructed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ;

④ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ;

⑤ Do not perform business that violates the provisions of the Commercial Code and other laws and regulations;

⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ;

⑦ Participate in social insurance, etc. (Welfare annuity insurance, Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over), Seamen's insurance, national pension, industrial Accident Compensation insurance, employment insurance), and there is no delinquency in insurance premiums. (However, excluding those who are not obligated to join) ;

⑧ A person who has the qualifications determined by the officer in charge of spending activities pursuant to the provisions of Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
