⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023, 2024 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Region, in provision of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
② not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Cultural Heritage,
③ are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract
