⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Integrated Information System of Kochi University provides overall support to education, research, and university management.
The system consists of two sub-systems, B and C. They should satisfy the following requirements :
B Information System
a Should be able to be connected with information network system, and should be automatically controlled with a high degree of stability and safety.
b Should be used cloud services from the perspective of disaster countermeasures and reduction of operation management man-hours.
c Should be provided with quick and precise maintenance service for any system troubles.
d Should strive to ensure saving of labor, space and energy.
C Information Network System
a Should provide high-speed, stably and efficient IT infrastructure at five major campuses in Asakura, Oko, Monobe, Ozu, Usa and others respectively.
b Should have high performance and keep high security level. And should be guaranteed efficient management and operation.
c Should be provided with quick and precise maintenance service for any system troubles.
